Cobalt Sulphate
Cobalt sulfate, also known as cobalt(II) sulfate, is a red crystalline compound with the chemical formula CoSO₄ (or CoSO₄·xH₂O, where x represents the number of water molecules attached).
Cobalt (II) sulphate is any of the inorganic compounds with the formula CoSO4(H2O)x.
Usually cobalt sulphate refers to the hydrate CoSO4.7H2O, which is one of the most commonly available salts of cobalt.
Cobalt (II) sulphate heptahydrate appears as red monoclinic crystals that liquefy around 100°C and become anhydrous at 250°C
