Sustainability

Implementing sustainability practices is crucial for both environmental and business reasons. Here are some strategies that we adopt to enhance sustainability

    • Embrace green chemistry principles to design products and processes that minimize the use and generation of hazardous substances.
    • Reduce or eliminate the use of toxic solvents and reagents.
    • We have invested  in energy-efficient technologies and processes to reduce energy consumption.
    • We are considering to use  renewable energy sources such as solar or wind power.
    • Implement waste reduction strategies and recycle materials wherever possible.
    • Explore opportunities for reusing by-products within the production process or in other industries.
    • We buy back spent catalyst containing Nickel & Precious metals compounds like Palladium, Platinum, Rhodium & ruthenium from our client to manufacture our other products & salts. In this way we help our client to achieve circular economy.
    • We have authorisation from :
      a) CPCB (Central pollution control Board)
      b) MPCB (Maharashtra pollution control board)
      c) MWML (Mumbai waste management authorisation) & others to procure all type of hazardous waste
    • Conduct life cycle assessments to evaluate the environmental impact of products from raw material extraction to disposal.
    • Use LCA data to make informed decisions about product design and process improvements.
  • Implement water conservation measures and adopt technologies that reduce water usage.
  • Treat and recycle water within the production process to minimize wastewater generation.
    •
  • Work with suppliers to ensure they adhere to sustainability standards
  • Consider the environmental impact of raw materials and choose suppliers with sustainable practices.
  •
  • Stay informed about environmental regulations and ensure compliance with local, regional, and international standards.
  • Proactively adopt practices that go beyond regulatory requirements.
  •
  • Educate and involve employees in sustainability initiatives.
  • Encourage a culture of environmental responsibility and innovation within the company.
  • Provide transparent reporting on sustainability initiatives and performance.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including customers, investors, and the community, to communicate sustainability efforts.
  •
  • Invest in research and development of sustainable alternatives and processes.
  • Explore new technologies and materials that have a lower environmental impact.
  •
  • Engage with local communities and address any environmental concerns they may have.
  • Contribute to community development projects that align with sustainability goals.
  •
  • Set targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Explore carbon offset programs or investments in renewable energy projects.
  •
  • Design products with recyclability in mind and consider circular economy principles.
  • Explore take-back programs for products to ensure responsible disposal.
  •
  • Establish a continuous improvement mindset, regularly assessing and refining sustainability strategies.
  • Embrace emerging technologies and best practices to stay at the forefront of sustainable innovation.
